Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior contact with our support team

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Refunds are not issued for delays that occur during shipping once the order has been dispatched.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
